This naturally grown bean comes from the mountains of Chiapas in the southernmost region of Mexico. It is produced in a way similar to the Guatemalan but with more oaky, nuttiness in addition to hints of peach. This is a very versatile coffee in that it is great at any roasting level enjoyed as an espresso, a pour-over and a regular pot of coffee!
