K-Cup Burundi Dark Roast
These beans come from the town of Ngozi, with 113.000 inhabitants, Ngozi is the third-largest town of Burundi as well as the capital of the Ngozi province where the Gatakuza wet mill is a market center that serves farmers of the surrounding agricultural areas. Those who raise cattle, coffee, tea, bananas, cassava, potatoes, beans and corn utilize Ngozi and its trade routes to support their economy and local commerce. The vast majority of Burundi’s coffee producers are small farm holders who manage an average of 200 trees apiece on single, 1-acre plots or smaller.
Tasting Notes:If you are looking for beans that are sun-dried on raised beds for approximately 15-20 days until the ideal moisture is achieved for transport and final dry milling. Fill up with this exceptionally complex java that you won't be able to resist.
